Route 109 Distillery was born out of the pursuit of making both vodka and gin which takes the drinker back to the heritage of spirits. Simply put, Vodka and Gin as they were meant to be.
Micro-distilled at The Vic Bar, our Bootlegger Vodka and Melbourne Dry Gin are used across our range of cocktails and are also available neat or with a mixer. All Route 109 Distillery products are also available for purchase. Just ask one of our bar staff.
